Hunter Young, RMHCI
Hunter is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida. She works with children, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges like anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, and disordered eating.
Hunter offers support that’s honest, practical, and rooted in both compassion and science. During her clinical internship with the Department of Juvenile Justice, she had the opportunity to work with adolescents facing complex concerns—including ADHD, ODD, conduct disorder, anxiety, depression, and substance use. That experience helped shape her approach: creating a space that’s structured, supportive, and always free of judgment.
Hunter is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrate evidence-based strategies like CBT and solution-focused therapy into sessions. But I also believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not a checklist. Hunter strives to help clients build insight, learn tools that actually work, and feel empowered to take steps forward their your life.
