EEG Neurofeedback
What is EEG Neurofeedback?
EEG Neurofeedback is a non-invasive brain training method that uses real-time brainwave monitoring to help the brain learn healthier patterns of functioning. During a session, sensors placed on the scalp measure electrical activity in the brain (EEG). That activity is then translated into visual or auditory feedback, allowing the brain to “see” how it’s performing and gradually self-regulate through guided training—much like physical therapy for the brain.
What Can Neurofeedback Help With?
By improving brain regulation, EEG Neurofeedback has been used to support individuals experiencing:
Difficulty with focus, attention, and impulsivity
Anxiety, stress, and emotional dysregulation
Sleep disturbances
Symptoms related to trauma and mood instability
Cognitive inefficiency such as brain fog or mental fatigue
Many clients describe feeling more calm, better attention, improved emotional control, and greater mental clarity over time. Neurofeedback is safe, drug-free, and individualized based on each client’s brain activity and clinical needs.

12-Week Neurofeedback Training (Traditional Route)
This program includes two 30-minute EEG Neurofeedback sessions each week, along with an initial brain-mapping assessment. Using the results of the brain map and the client’s reported symptoms, we develop an individualized 12-week treatment protocol designed to support optimal brain regulation and symptom improvement

12-Week Neurofeedback (Intensive Route)
For clients seeking a faster and more immersive training experience, we also offer an Intensive EEG Neurofeedback Program. This option includes three sessions per week, with two standard 30-minute sessions and one extended 50-minute weekend session. Just like our standard program, treatment begins with a comprehensive brain-mapping assessment, and an individualized protocol is developed based on both objective brain data and the client’s reported symptoms. The intensive format allows for more frequent reinforcement of healthy brainwave patterns and may be ideal for clients who want to accelerate progress or are experiencing more significant symptoms.
